Native USDC Maximalism

With the emergence of multiple chains and rollups, both native USDC and bridged USDC are present in the market.

Native USDC - Officially issued by Circle on each chain, currently available on 16 blockchains. Circle manages the supply by minting and burning.

Bridged USDC - When Native USDC is not available on certain new blockchain, users can bridge their USDC via a bridge protocol. These protocols lock the USDC and issue a copy of it on the new network.

As USDC continues to deploy on new chains, it is expected that the market will eventually migrate to using native USDC. Therefore, like CCTP, CCTP Express will only support native USDC.
